The hotel provided excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. The staff was always eager to help with our needs and always had a smile on their faces. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many tourist attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean linens every night. we had a great Easter experience at this hotel.

There were a few downsides to our experience. The room we stayed in was smaller than we expected, and there was not enough ventilation, making it a bit stuffy.
